YOUROPE presents the 6th European Festival Conference (EFC). A gathering and summit of festival promoters in a unique conference format related to all the festival topics. We look forward to meeting up in Portugal in the middle of Évoras beautiful landscape where we will stay at Ecorkhotel Évora(opens in a new tab), Alentejo and have the conference with first-class food, excursions and wellness offers included.
Let’s exchange, discuss and get energized and inspired for the European festival season 2026. Two days of seminars, workshops, outdoor activity and networking excursions in an outstanding and intimate conference at a special place in Évora, Portugal.
Festival conference package & registration:
- 3 hotel nights including internal transports, breakfast, dinner, excursions, gym, wellness and welcome/farewell drinks
- 2 days conference incl. excursions, coffee, lunch and WIFI
Package price per person:
- EUR 600.00 per person for sharing a private bungalow (2-3 pax)
Please note: One private bungalow has only one separate bedroom and a living room that can accommodate a sofa bed.
- EUR 700.00 per person for single use of a private bungalow
Not included: international transports, airport transfers
There is a special discount for YOUROPE members available of EUR 100.00 for max. 2 participants per member festival/organisation. Please choose ticket number and enter your discount code (if you think you’re eligible to a discount, but don’t have the code, please get in touch).
As the number of rooms/bungalows at the conference venue is limited, we will also be using additional capacity at a nearby hotel. Our organisation team will let you know in good time where you will be staying.
Please note that the conference is open to everyone who is interested and not limited to YOUROPE members or festivals in general.
