Artur Rutkevich Quartet @ Stadtstrand Oberkasseler Brücke
The Artur Rutkevich Quartet is at home in Berlin's jazz clubs, but has long been performing on stages far beyond – at festivals throughout Europe and on tour in international cities.
Led by Artur Rutkevich on alto saxophone, the band thrives on clear musical ideas, openness and intense interplay.
Artur Rutkevich shapes the sound with a distinctive, powerful tone and a strong sense of dynamics.
His music thrives on the interplay on stage – spontaneous, honest and with an intensity that captivates every music lover.

Lovebird Festival
Various music genres are presented and other art forms are integrated. Jazz is at the heart of the program, but it does not dominate; instead, it serves as the foundation for a wide range of new sonic combinations: jazz and hip-hop, jazz and electronic music, as well as indie, funk, and soul. The aim is to create a festival from an expanded musical offering and additional creative spaces that functions as a harmonious Gesamtkunstwerk, encouraging participation, listening, observing, and reflection. In short: a festival for the senses. The non-music program includes: a film screening at the Cinema arthouse cinema, a karaoke talk with Musikalisches Poesiealbum, a panel discussion, and a music and bird-themed city tour.
