Wir sind uns einig: FLINTA* gehören nicht nur auf die Bühne, sondern auch hinter und vor sie – in die Technik, die Produktion, das Booking, die Entscheidungsräume. Doch wer echte Veränderung will, braucht mehr als Sichtbarkeit: Es braucht Austausch, Solidarität, Verbündete – und Räume, in denen wir uns sicher begegnen und gegenseitig stärken können.
Deshalb laden Keychange, MEWEM, die Bundesstiftung Livekultur, Music Women* Germany und faemm während des Reeperbahn Festivals am Donnerstag, den 18. September 2025 um 17 Uhr zu einem gemeinsamen Networking-Event in die Bermuda Bar ein. Ob ihr euch schon kennt oder zum ersten Mal dabei seid – dieser Abend gehört FLINTA* und ihren Allies: Als Raum für Begegnung, Perspektivwechsel und Verbindung.
Gemeinsam schaffen wir Platz für ehrliche Gespräche, empowernde Impulse und neue Allianzen. Denn viele sehen die Lücken in der Branche längst – lasst uns zusammen daran arbeiten, dass sie geschlossen werden.
