Gamecity Treff meets Polaris 2025

Let's meet up for the next Gamecity Treff meets Polaris - casual networking for Hamburg's games industry after the first Polaris Convention Day on October 10.

Gamecity Hamburg invites the games industry to our Gamecity Treff meets Polaris on Friday, October 10, from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm at Grüner Jäger in the heart of Hamburg.

Meet up with like-minded people from the Hamburg games industry and make new contacts who are coming to town for Polaris. Enjoy good conversations over some drinks and snacks at the music club Grüner Jäger, close to the beating heart of Hamburg, St. Pauli.

Tickets for the Gamecity Treff are available for 9,52 Euros (+ fees) and include drinks and snacks.

This time, you can also participate in a Speed Meeting program. An easy way to get to know new people, make new business connections, find your next job opportunity or the perfect candidate for a job opening.

Schedule:

• 6 pm: Doors open
• 6 pm: Networking with drinks & snacks
• 6:30 pm: Welcome words by Gamecity Hamburg
• 7 pm: Speed Meeting
• 11 pm: End of event

Please note that tickets for this event are not refundable.

Please note that the Grüner Jäger is partially accessible on the ground floor. This includes the following areas: conservatory and entrance area, outdoor toilets, bar area, and terrace.

Please note, that the Speed Meeting Program location is not accessible as it will take place in a room on the first floor.

About the Gamecity Treff:

The Gamecity Treff started in 2003 (!) as a networking event to bring together Hamburg’s games industry and is still going strong with up to 300 participants per event. These informal events aim to promote the networking and exchange of information within the industry. The Gamecity Treff is organized by the location initiative Gamecity Hamburg, whose aim is to improve the general conditions for companies and founders of the games value chain in the city, to support them in their further development and to anchor Hamburg in the public perception as one of the leading games hubs in Europe. At the same time, we promote the exchange of knowledge within the sector and with other industries.
