JULIKA steht für modernen, cineastischen Art-Pop mit emotionaler Tiefe und experimenteller Leichtigkeit – getragen von ihrer Band, die den Sound organisch erweitert und ihm neue Dynamik verleiht. Eingängige Melodien verbinden sich mit vielschichtigen Einflüssen aus Soul und Funk zu einer warmen, lebendigen Klangwelt. Im Zentrum stehen ehrliche Songs über Selbstwahrnehmung, Mut und die Schönheit des Unvollkommenen. Spätestens seit ihrem Auftritt im ESC-Vorentscheid hat sich JULIKA als eigenständige Künstlerin mit starkem ästhetischem Profil etabliert. Live entfaltet sich diese Entwicklung in einer intensiven Performance zwischen Intimität und kraftvoller Energie.

Lovebird Festival
Various music genres are presented and other art forms are integrated. Jazz is at the heart of the program, but it does not dominate; instead, it serves as the foundation for a wide range of new sonic combinations: jazz and hip-hop, jazz and electronic music, as well as indie, funk, and soul. The aim is to create a festival from an expanded musical offering and additional creative spaces that functions as a harmonious Gesamtkunstwerk, encouraging participation, listening, observing, and reflection. In short: a festival for the senses. The non-music program includes: a film screening at the Cinema arthouse cinema, a karaoke talk with Musikalisches Poesiealbum, a panel discussion, and a music and bird-themed city tour.
