Despite rising costs in the event industry, we have decided not to increase prices any further and to expand a new, discounted ticket category (Cosmic Care ticket). We have also calculated the ticket price based on the income of our guests to enable people with tighter budget to enter the Outer Space.  According to the statistisches Bundesamt, the average gross salary in Germany in 2024 was EUR 45,000. So we’ll offer one ticket category above and below this amount.

The Cosmic Care ticket is for all people whose income and social situation do not allow them to attend the festival at the normal ticket prices.  

The FIRST MOVER ticket is for the early birds! It’s the most affordable way to secure your spot for the outer space madness, while also giving us some planning security for investments. Available until December 31st 2024.  

The SPACE PASSENGER ticket is perfect if you need a little extra time to decide. While it's not as budget-friendly as the FIRST MOVER ticket, it still offers a great deal to secure your place in the outer space madness. Don’t wait too long, though—this ticket is only available until March 31st, 2025.

If you need a bit more time, the MOON WALKER ticket might be the best option. The entire lineup will be announced by the end of the MOON WALKER phase, and it still provides us with some planning security. Available until June 30th 2025. 

The LATE ARRIVAL ticket is for last-minute entries. While it’s challenging for us to plan with too many LATE ARRIVALS, we still want to offer this last-minute option for you. Available until one minute before opening. 

The KIDS ticket is only valid when accompanied by a supervising adult. Children up to the age of 10 do not need a ticket. Entrance opens on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 4 p.m.      

That’s entirely up to you; however, it takes a bit of time to leave your daily routine behind and fully embrace the festival vibes. We highly recommend the 3-day ticket!

2 DAY TICKET

Entrance opens on Friday, August 8th, 2025, 2 p.m.  

This upgrade is for bikepackers who have experienced one too many overnighters! The apartments - fondly referred to as 'space stations' - offer a touch of hotel comfort, complete with your own cozy bed and private bathroom. You can add this option after selecting your festival ticket. If you need an extra bed, please let us know at least two weeks in advance by emailing us at [email protected]  

This ticket is mandatory for staying at the campsite with your car or campervan. Please note that only vehicles intended for overnight use are permitted on the campsite. Due to limited capacity, we will enforce strict controls. 

At Orbit360, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our events. However, 80% of the total festival emissions come from audience travel. Therefore, we encourage all participants to consider environmentally friendly travel options. 

All income from car and campervan passes will go into the donation pool and be invested in The Generation Forest project, supporting sustainable reforestation efforts to combat climate change. 

As a member of Shift Cycling Culture, we aim to drive positive climate action across the cycling industry. We start by not only avoiding and reducing the carbon footprint of all Orbit360 events but also by offsetting the entire CO2 emissions caused by hosting these events. As a small team, it’s challenging to cover all the costs alone, and we would greatly appreciate your contribution.You can contribute to the Sustainability Fund at the end of your booking process.If you’re interested in learning more about the implementations we are making on our side, click here. 

The idea is to support individuals with tighter budgets and make the Gravity Festival more accessible, with the help of the entire Orbit360 community. If possible, consider leaving a donation at checkout to contribute to the Cosmic Care ticket fund. Every donation will be matched by the organizer to help the fund grow quickly. Some thoughts about the Cosmic Care ticket 

The solidary pot will be filled by buyers who are able to leave a little extra support in addition to the normal festival price. If the solidarity pot is not sufficiently filled, Cosmic Care tickets will temporarily not be available for purchase. Any remaining funds in the solidarity pot will be donated to The Generation Forest. 

Rules:

• No proof of financial need is required to purchase a Cosmic Care Ticket.

• A maximum of one ticket per customer is allowed.

• Tickets are personalized and clearly marked for identification.

• Resale is prohibited and not possible due to personalization.

• To enter festival ground, you must present your personalized Cosmic Care Ticket along with a valid ID at the entrance. 

An important appeal:

The Cosmic Care Ticket is specifically designed for those who would not be able to attend the festival without financial assistance. We trust and believe in the goodwill of the Orbit360 community and hope that this solidarity will not be exploited. However, we reserve the right to withdraw Cosmic Care tickets from sale or suspend sales on an individual basis in cases of noticeable and significant abuse. 

Ticket and shopping cart fee:

• €0.50 per ticket

• 3% of the total cart value

This fee supports our friends at Höme, who are working to shape the future of festivals in a sustainable way.

Payment processing fee:

• 2.5% of the total cart value

This fee ensures secure and efficient payment processing.

Trotz explodierender Kosten in der Eventbranche haben wir uns gegen eine Anhebung des Ticketpreises entschieden und werden außerdem ein neue, vergünstigte Ticketkategorie (Cosmic Care Ticket) einführen. Außerdem haben wir den Ticketpreis basierend auf das Einkommen unserer Gäst:innen berechnet um auch Personen mit weniger Budget den Eintritt in den Outer Space ermöglichen zu können.  

Laut statistischen Bundesamt lag das durchschnittliche Bruttoarbeitsentgelt aller Versicherten in Deutschland im Jahr 2024 bei 45.000 EUR. Entsprechend bieten wir jeweils eine Ticketkategorie ober- und unterhalb des durchschnittlen Bruttoarbeitsentgelt an.

Das Cosmic Care Ticket ist für alle Personen, deren Einkommen und soziale Lage es nicht zulassen das Festival zu den normalen Ticketpreisen zu besuchen. Mehr Informationen findet ihr weiter unten. 

Die FIRST MOVER fangen die Würmer! Die günstigste Option um euer Ticket für das Gravity Festival zu sichern und endlose Planungssicherheit für uns (Achtung: ein bisschen übertreiben wir hier). Bis zum 31. Dezember 2024 

Für vorausschauende Planer:innen haben wir die SPACE PASSENGER Tickets. Immer noch ein ziemlich guter Deal um dir deinen Platz in der Outer Space Madness zu sichern! Bis zum 31. März 2025

Die MOON WALKER Tickets erhaltet ihr ab dem 1. April 2025. Falls ihr Anfang des Jahres noch unsicher seid, ob ihr es zum Gravity Festival schafft, könnte das eure Ticketoption sein. Bis zum 30. Juni 2025 

Und für die ganz Spontanen haben wir noch das LATE ARRIVAL Ticket. Hiermit kommt ihr quasi auf den letzten Sprung zum Festival. Bis eine Minute vor Opening. 

Das KIDS Ticket gilt nur in Begleitung einer erwachsenen Aufsichtsperson. Kinder bis zum Alter von 10 Jahren kommen kostenlos aufs Gelände. Einlass ist am Donnerstag, den 7. August 2025, 16 Uhr.   

Wie alles Gute im Leben braucht es manchmal ein bisschen um den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen und völlig in die Orbit360 Galaxy einzutauchen. Nehmt gern den extra Tag Urlaub und freut euch über ein ausgedehntes Wochenende mit vielen neuen Inspirationen.

2-Tages-Ticket 

Mit einem 2-Tagesticket habt ihr Zugang zu allen Angeboten des Festival ab Freitag, 8. August 2025, 14 Uhr.     

Wer schon zu viele Overighters draußen um Zelt verbracht hat kann auch ein Apartment (wir nennen sie liebevoll Space Stations) upgraden. Hier gibt’s dann eine kleine Portion Hotel Vibes mit eigenem Bett und Bad. Einfach nach dem Festivalticketkauf hinzufügen und gut gehen lassen. Eine Aufbettung ist gegen Aufpreis möglich. Bitte schreibt uns kurz an [email protected]  

Bei Anreise mit Auto oder Campervan braucht ihr ein entsprechendes Ticket. Ohne Auto- oder Campervanticket können wir euch nicht aufs Gelände lassen. Bitte beachtet, dass nur Fahrzeuge mit Übernachtungszweck auf dem Campingplatz zugelassen sind. Die Kapazitäten sind begrenzt. 

Wir versuchen die Umweltauswirkungen unserer Veranstaltungen zu reduzieren. Im Schnitt machen die durch die Anreise der Gäst:innen verursachten Emissionen ca. 80 % der gesamten CO₂ Emissionen von Festivals aus. Daher bitten wir alle Teilnehmer:innen nachhaltige und umweltfreundliche Reisemöglichkeiten zu berücksichtigen. 

Alle Einnahmen aus den Auto- und Wohnmobiltickets gehen in den rideFAR Spendenpool und werden in das Projekt The Generation Forest für nachhaltige Aufforstung gegen den Klimawandel investiert. 

Als Mitglied der ShiftCyclingCulture wollen wir positive Klimamaßnahmen in der gesamten Fahrradbranche vorantreiben. Und da beginnen wir am besten bei uns selbst. Wir werden ausführliche Maßnahmen ergreifen um bei jedem Orbit360 Event die Treibhausgase zu vermeiden und zu reduzieren. Außerdem möchten wir volle Verantwortung übernehmen und alle verursachten Emissionen kompensieren. Als kleines Team sind wir nicht in der Lage, alle Kosten allein zu tragen, und wir bitten euch, uns mit einem Beitrag zu unterstützen, wenn möglich.

Hier helft ihr eine einkommensschwächeren Person trotz finanzieller Hürden beim Gravity Festival dabei zu sein. Beim Checkout im Warenkorb kann ein Solidarbeitrag geleistet werden um die Finanzierung der Cosmic Care Tickets zu gewährleisten. Wer kann und möchte, ist herzlich dazu eingeladen, diesen Solidartopf zu füllen. Jeder gespendete Betrag wird von uns verdoppelt, damit der Topf sich schnell füllt und ausreichend Soli-Tickets verfügbar sein werden. An dieser Stelle schon mal ein großes Dankeschön an alle die ein paar Euro dazugeben, ihr seid wundervoll! 

 … noch ein paar Gedanken zum Cosmic Care Ticket 

Der Solidartopf wird von Käufer:innen gefüllt, die in der Lage sind zusätzlich zum normalen Festivalpreis noch einen kleinen Extra-Support da zu lassen. Falls der Solidartopf nicht ausreichend gefüllt ist wird es zeitweise keine Cosmic Care Tickets zu kaufen geben. Falls die Nachfrage nach Cosmic Care Tickets den Solidartopf nicht leeren sollte, wird der Restbetrag nach dem Festival in den Spendentopf gelegt und später an The Generation Forest weitergeleitet. 

Hier noch schnell ein paar Regeln:

• Es ist kein Nachweis über die Bedürftigkeit der Besteller:innen vom Cosmic Care Ticket zu erbringen 

• Pro Besteller:in maximal 1 Ticket erhältlich

• Die Tickets sind personalisiert und optisch deutlich gekennzeichnet

• Der Weiterverkauf ist untersagt und aufgrund der Personalisierung nicht möglich

• Am Festival ist das personalisierte Cosmic Care Ticket & dein Ausweis vorzuzeigen um Zugang zum Festival zu bekommen 

Und hier noch ein Appell: 

Das Soli-Ticket ist ausdrücklich für diejenigen gedacht, die sich das Festival nicht ohne finanzielle Unterstützung leisten können. Wir setzen auf Vertrauen, glauben in diesem Fall an das Gute im Menschen und hoffen, dass die Solidarität der Orbit360 Familie nicht ausgenutzt wird. Wir behalten uns allerdings vor, bei auffälligem und signifikantem Missbrauch die Cosmic Care Tickets aus dem Verkauf zu nehmen bzw. den Verkauf personenbezogen einzustellen. 

1. Karten- und Warenkorbgebühr

Diese Gebühr setzt sich aus 0,50€ je Ticket sowie 3% des Warenkorbwertes zusammen und geht an unsere Freund:innen von Höme, die damit weiter nachhaltig die Zukunft der Festivallandschaft formen. 

2. Zahlungsabwicklungsgebühr

Diese Gebühr entspricht 2,5 % des Warenkorbwertes und gewährleistet die Abwicklung von Zahlungen.
