The following additional provisions of the Organizer apply:
Event-specific terms
In addition to these GTC, the event-specific terms of the respective ORBIT360 event apply. They govern in particular entry fees, ticket stages, changes of distance, transfers, cancellations, refunds and the requirements to start. They are linked on the respective event page in the shop and published on www.orbit360.cc:

In case of conflict, the event-specific terms take precedence over these GTC, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
SNEAK PEAKS and TRIPPY TRAIL
SNEAK PEAKS and TRIPPY TRAIL are unsupported expeditions. Participants must be at least 18 years old on the start day. With the completed registration, participants agree to the event-specific terms and to the entry agreement of the respective event (Rider Entry Agreement & Disclaimer for SNEAK PEAKS, Runner Entry Agreement & Disclaimer for TRIPPY TRAIL). Participants confirm that they have valid travel health insurance covering medical treatment, emergency extraction (search & rescue) and repatriation. By the deadline stated in the event-specific terms, participants must send the signed entry agreement, a medical certificate signed and stamped by a doctor and proof of insurance to info@orbit360.cc and complete the mandatory assessment. Without these documents, participation is not possible.
GRAVITY FESTIVAL and other events
Section 11.2 does not apply to GRAVITY FESTIVAL. For GRAVITY FESTIVAL and all other ORBIT360 events, these GTC apply together with the information on the respective event page.

Oltre alle presenti CGC si applicano le condizioni specifiche del rispettivo evento ORBIT360. Esse regolano in particolare quote di partecipazione, fasi dei biglietti, cambi di distanza, cessioni, cancellazioni, rimborsi e requisiti per la partenza. Sono collegate nella pagina del rispettivo evento nello shop e pubblicate su www.orbit360.cc:

In caso di contrasto, le condizioni specifiche dell’evento prevalgono sulle presenti CGC, salvo diversa disposizione di norme inderogabili.
SNEAK PEAKS e TRIPPY TRAIL
SNEAK PEAKS e TRIPPY TRAIL sono spedizioni senza assistenza. I partecipanti devono avere almeno 18 anni il giorno della partenza. Con l’iscrizione completata i partecipanti accettano le condizioni specifiche dell’evento e l’accordo di partecipazione del rispettivo evento (Rider Entry Agreement & Disclaimer per SNEAK PEAKS, Runner Entry Agreement & Disclaimer per TRIPPY TRAIL). I partecipanti confermano di avere un’assicurazione sanitaria di viaggio valida che copra cure mediche, soccorso in emergenza (search & rescue) e rimpatrio. Entro il termine indicato nelle condizioni specifiche dell’evento, i partecipanti inviano a info@orbit360.cc l’accordo di partecipazione firmato, un certificato medico firmato e timbrato da un medico e la prova dell’assicurazione e compilano l’assessment obbligatorio. Senza questi documenti non è possibile partecipare.

GRAVITY FESTIVAL e altri eventi
Il punto 11.2 non si applica a GRAVITY FESTIVAL. Per GRAVITY FESTIVAL e tutti gli altri eventi ORBIT360 si applicano le presenti CGC insieme alle informazioni presenti nella pagina del rispettivo evento.

Folgende zusätzlichen Bestimmungen des Veranstalters finden Anwendung:

Ergänzend zu diesen AGB gelten die eventspezifischen Bedingungen des jeweiligen ORBIT360 Events. Sie regeln insbesondere Startgebühren, Ticketphasen, Distanzwechsel, Übertragungen, Stornierungen, Erstattungen und die Startvoraussetzungen. Sie sind auf der jeweiligen Eventseite im Shop verlinkt und auf www.orbit360.cc veröffentlicht:

Bei Widersprüchen gehen die eventspezifischen Bedingungen diesen AGB vor, soweit zwingendes Recht nichts anderes vorsieht.
SNEAK PEAKS und TRIPPY TRAIL
SNEAK PEAKS und TRIPPY TRAIL sind Expeditionen ohne Support. Teilnehmende müssen am Starttag mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein. Mit der abgeschlossenen Anmeldung stimmen die Teilnehmenden den eventspezifischen Bedingungen und der Teilnahmevereinbarung des jeweiligen Events zu (Rider Entry Agreement & Disclaimer bei SNEAK PEAKS, Runner Entry Agreement & Disclaimer bei TRIPPY TRAIL). Die Teilnehmenden bestätigen, dass sie eine gültige Auslandskrankenversicherung haben, die medizinische Behandlung, Bergung (Search & Rescue) und Rücktransport abdeckt. Bis zu der in den eventspezifischen Bedingungen genannten Frist schicken die Teilnehmenden die unterschriebene Teilnahmevereinbarung, ein ärztlich unterschriebenes und gestempeltes Attest und den Versicherungsnachweis an info@orbit360.cc und füllen das verpflichtende Assessment aus. Ohne diese Unterlagen ist keine Teilnahme möglich.
GRAVITY FESTIVAL und weitere Events
Punkt 11.2 gilt nicht für GRAVITY FESTIVAL. Für GRAVITY FESTIVAL und alle weiteren ORBIT360 Events gelten diese AGB zusammen mit den Informationen auf der jeweiligen Eventseite.
