Transparency regarding ticket prices

Our ticket prices are income based, so riders with smaller budgets can also take on the Dolomites with us. The threshold is 45,000 EUR gross per year, because that’s exactly what we pay ourselves as a salary. Please choose your category honestly.

The COSMIC CARE TICKET is a heavily discounted ticket for everyone on a very tight budget. Please only choose it if the other categories are truly not possible for you. We partly finance every COSMIC CARE TICKET ourselves. We’re very happy to do so, as long as it feels fair for everyone.

Our income threshold is based on wages in the DACH region, while in countries like Italy, France or Spain average gross incomes are often considerably lower. If that applies to you, you’re very welcome to choose the COSMIC CARE TICKET.

Ticket stages

The SPACE PASSENGER ticket is for the early birds! It’s the most affordable way to secure your spot for the outer space madness, while also giving us some planning security for investments. Available until December 31st 2026.

If you need more time, the MOON WALKER ticket might be the best option. Available until April 30th 2027.

The LATE ARRIVAL ticket is for last-minute entries. While it’s challenging for us to plan with too many LATE ARRIVALS, we still want to offer this last-minute option for you. Available until August 18th 2027.

Tracker rental

For safety reasons, all riders are required to rent a tracker. Please note that this is not a deposit; the fee is paid directly to the tracking provider Follow My Challenge.

Deposit for tracker

We kindly ask all riders to leave a deposit of €200 against the tracking device loss or damage via PayPal until August 22nd 2027, using the Friends & Family option. In the payment details, please include your FULL NAME + SNEAK PEAKS 2027. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the tracker.

What’s included in the price:
  • Event logistics: accreditation, 7 / 11 checkpoints (DIRECTOR'S CUT / EXTENDED CUT) situated in some of the most stunning locations atop the Italian mountains, control cars, media coverage and 24/7 expedition HQ
  • A Rider Handbook: detailed information provided prior to the event
  • GPX track: fully checked and validated by the SNEAK PEAKS team on the ground
  • Tracking services: devices, mapping and live GPS tracking for your friends & family
  • Pizza party: enjoy a free pizza at the finisher party
  • Post-expedition rewards: a warm hug (we wait for the very last rider), a cold drink (or two!) and the legendary SNEAK PEAKS-approved treat at the finish line
  • Finish party: you decide how big the celebration gets - we’re ready!
  • Accommodation: outdoor overnight stays at the start and finish locations including shower and toilets (see camping fee)
  • Event photography: access to all event photos for personal use after the event
SUSTAINABILITY FUND

With our events we want to create space for connection and exchange while taking responsibility for the environment. That’s why we put comprehensive measures in place at every ORBIT360 event to keep greenhouse gas emissions as low as possible. SNEAK PEAKS 2026 caused around 20 t of CO₂ in total and we compensated all of it. As a small team we can’t carry all the costs alone, so we’re grateful for any contribution you can make.

COSMIC CARE FUND

By adding a solidarity contribution in your cart, you help people on a tight budget be part of SNEAK PEAKS. We double every euro donated, so the fund fills up quickly and enough COSMIC CARE TICKETS are available. A huge thank you in advance to everyone who chips in. You’re wonderful!

HOW THE COSMIC CARE TICKET WORKS

If the fund is empty, COSMIC CARE TICKETS will be temporarily unavailable. Any money left over after the event goes to The Generation Forest.

No proof of need required

Maximum 1 ticket per person

Tickets are personalised and clearly marked

Resale is prohibited and not possible due to personalisation

At rider check-in in Bolzano, show your COSMIC CARE TICKET together with your ID

The COSMIC CARE TICKET is explicitly meant for everyone who can’t afford SNEAK PEAKS without support. We rely on trust and on the solidarity of the ORBIT360 family. In case of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to take COSMIC CARE TICKETS off sale or exclude individual people from buying them.

A prior assessment for your safety

SNEAK PEAKS is not your usual Sunday ride through the park. It’s an adventure that pushes the limits of what’s possible on two wheels and off the saddle too. Set in rugged and stunningly beautiful terrain, this journey demands resilience, self-reliance and a passion for exploration. It’s a true test of endurance, with back-to-back long days in the saddle in high-altitude, mountainous terrain. Riders must be prepared to face exhaustion and make crucial decisions in a demanding, unpredictable environment where self-sufficiency is key. Hike-a-bike plays an important role and should not be underestimated!

Please note that this is an expedition, not a race. The route takes riders to some of the most remote and sometimes extreme places, which most people never get to see. Riders cross high-alpine mountain ranges with long remote sections and no resupply. They also pass through areas where riding isn’t possible because of rough terrain and extremely steep climbs. Welcome to the Alps!

It’s a true test of body and mind. But this is where grit shows and where the support of fellow riders makes all the difference. As a counterweight to the brutality of the route, we encourage riders to take on this adventure together, spend time together and ride in a spirit of togetherness that builds lifelong friendships.

To make sure every participant is prepared for the unique demands of this journey, we’ve introduced an application process. The mandatory first part of the questionnaire focuses on real-life scenarios you may encounter during SNEAK PEAKS and tests your decision-making and readiness for the challenges ahead.

The second part is optional but encouraged. It lets us learn more about you and why you’ve chosen SNEAK PEAKS over countless other incredible bikepacking events.

Please complete the questionnaire by 11th August 2027. We’ll carefully review all responses. If your answers show that you might not be fully prepared yet, we’ll invite you to a mandatory online briefing closer to the event. That way we can ensure everyone’s safety and hopefully everyone’s success.

Ticketing Fees (VVK)

0.95 EUR per ticket plus 5.5 % of the cart value. This covers secure payment processing and the fee for our friends at Höme, who are shaping the future of festivals in a sustainable way.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SNEAK PEAKS 2027

§ 1 Scope and validity

(1) SNEAK PEAKS Bikepacking Expedition (hereinafter SNEAK PEAKS) is an event organized by ORBIT360 GmbH (hereinafter the organizer).

(2) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are published at https://www.orbit360.cc/sneak-peaks-terms. They form part of the contract between the organizer and the participant in the version valid at the time of registration.

§ 2 Conditions of participation and safety

(1) SNEAK PEAKS is open to healthy, experienced and well-trained participants who have reached the age of 18 by the start of the event. Each participant bears full personal responsibility for their health. Participants must be aware of the distance and the specific conditions of the event (night, cold, possibly snow, rain, wind, altitude) and prepare accordingly.

(2) The organizer will announce organizational measures before the start of the event. Participants must follow the instructions of the organizer and its marked staff at all times. In the event of violations that could disrupt the orderly course of the event or endanger the safety of other participants, the organizer is entitled to exclude and/or disqualify the person concerned at any time. Legally binding declarations to participants may only be made by the organizer’s authorized staff. Participants must comply with all health and safety measures of the organizer and the authorities in force during the event.

(3) All rules and instructions in the Rider Handbook, on the event website and in any supplementary instructions are a direct contractual obligation of the participant.

(4) To take part in SNEAK PEAKS, participants must

a) submit the signed Rider Entry Agreement, which includes the disclaimer,

b) submit a medical certificate signed by a doctor and no older than 12 months at the start of the event, confirming that the participant is in an appropriate physical condition to take part in a highly demanding event like SNEAK PEAKS,

c) submit proof of valid travel health insurance that covers emergency extraction (search & rescue) and repatriation,

d) complete the mandatory part of the risk assessment(opens in a new tab) by August 11th 2027 and attend the online briefing if invited by the organizer,

e) rent an official Follow My Challenge (FMC) tracker during registration and pay the tracker deposit.

§ 3 Registration, participation fee, payment and refund

(1) Registration takes place via the ticketing provider HÖME – Für Festivals GmbH. Registration is binding. Once registration is complete, the participant receives a confirmation, which constitutes the binding contract for participation in the event.

(2) The terms and conditions of the ticketing provider apply in addition.

(3) The participation fees (in EUR) are:

DIRECTOR’S CUT | COSMIC CARE TICKET | < 45 k EUR | ≥ 45 k EUR | Available until

SPACE PASSENGER | 165 | 175 | 225 | until December 31st 2026

MOON WALKER | 180 | 200 | 250 | until April 30th 2027

LATE ARRIVAL | 205 | 225 | 275 | until August 18th 2027

EXTENDED CUT | COSMIC CARE TICKET | < 45 k EUR | ≥ 45 k EUR | Available until

SPACE PASSENGER | 260 | 275 | 325 | until December 31st 2026

MOON WALKER | 280 | 300 | 350 | until April 30th 2027

The exact scope of services can be found on the event website.

(4) Participants who wish to change from the EXTENDED CUT to the DIRECTOR’S CUT must request this in writing via info@orbit360.cc. A change is only possible as long as places are still available on the DIRECTOR’S CUT. The price difference will not be refunded.

(5) Cancellation, refund and transfer

a) Participants can cancel their registration in writing via the refund form linked on the event website or via info@orbit360.cc. For cancellations received by December 31st 2026, 70 % of the participation fee will be refunded. For cancellations received by April 30th 2027, 50 % will be refunded. From May 1st 2027 onwards, no refunds are possible.

b) Tickets can be transferred to another person until August 11th 2027, provided that

the new participant falls into the same income category as the original ticket holder,

the new participant meets all requirements of § 2 (4) in time,

the transfer is requested via info@orbit360.cc and confirmed by the organizer.

c) COSMIC CARE TICKETS are personalised and cannot be transferred.

(6) Participants receive their starting documents only after submitting all documents listed in § 2 (4). The tracker must be collected in person at accreditation.

(7) The organizer reserves the right to exclude and/or disqualify a participant at any time if the participant has provided false personal data during registration, is subject to a ban by an international or national association or is suspected of having taken prohibited substances (doping).

(8) The organizer may also exclude a participant from the event and terminate the contract if the participant

violates the GTC, the Rider Handbook or the instructions of the organizer, before or during the event,

persistently disrupts the event or endangers themselves or others,

does not follow the instructions of the organizer or its staff,

otherwise breaches the contract to such an extent that immediate termination is justified.

If the organizer terminates the contract, it retains the right to the participation fee.

§ 4 Cancellation of the event, non-participation

(1) If the organizer has to cancel the event before the start due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, official restrictions, strikes or war), the organizer will make every effort to find a new date. The participant can then choose to keep their place for the new date or to receive a refund of 50 % of the amount paid. The refund must be requested in writing via info@orbit360.cc within 7 days after the new date has been announced, but no later than 48 hours before the new start. Without a request within this period, the place is kept for the new date.

(2) If no new date can be found, the participant can choose to transfer their place to the next edition of SNEAK PEAKS at the original price or to receive a refund of the amount paid.

(3) ORBIT360 is a small team and relies on these funds to plan and run its events. The organizer would therefore be very grateful if participants choose to transfer their place to the next edition instead of requesting a refund. Participants are also welcome to waive their refund in full or in part or to donate it to the COSMIC CARE FUND. Both are entirely voluntary and do not affect the participant’s rights under paragraphs 1 and 2.

(4) Once the event has started, there is no entitlement to a full or partial refund if the event is cancelled, postponed or rerouted. If weather or route conditions become unsafe, the organizer may reroute or close individual sections of the route. The safety of all participants always comes first.

(5) If a participant abandons the expedition or does not take part for reasons for which the organizer is not responsible, there is no entitlement to a full or partial refund of the participation fee.

(6) In none of the cases above is the participant entitled to compensation for other costs such as travel or accommodation.

(7) If a registered participant does not show up at the start, there is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee.

§ 5 Exclusion of liability

(1) By registering, the participant confirms, without further examination by the organizer, that they have the experience and knowledge required for SNEAK PEAKS as described in the Rider Handbook and on the event website.

(2) Claims for damages by the participant against the organizer, on whatever legal grounds, are excluded. This does not apply if the organizer, its legal representatives or vicarious agents have acted with intent or gross negligence, or in cases of mandatory liability, such as injury to life, body or health or the breach of essential contractual obligations.

(3) The participant agrees to submit to any checks ordered by the organizer.

(4) The participant declares that they have fully read, understood and accepted these GTC, the Rider Entry Agreement and the Rider Handbook.

(5) By signing the Rider Entry Agreement, the participant declares that they take part at their own risk and are sufficiently insured against accidents, also abroad.

(6) The organizer assumes no liability for health risks of the participant in connection with the event. At the start, the participant confirms that there are no health concerns regarding their participation and that their fitness level meets the requirements of an alpine endurance expedition. Participants must be equipped in accordance with the mandatory kit list in the Rider Handbook.

(7) The organizer accepts no liability for lost valuables, clothing or equipment, including during the transport of luggage.

(8) The organizer is not liable if a participant is prevented from taking part in whole or in part due to legal regulations or official orders.

(9) If third parties such as rescue services are called in by or for the participant, the participant bears the resulting costs. If the organizer pays such costs, it may claim them back from the participant.

§ 6 Data protection

(1) By registering, the participant agrees that the data provided may be used for live tracking and the participant list and published on the internet.

(2) Personal data is processed only to organize and run the event, in particular for registration, payment and safety, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Further details can be found in the privacy policy at https://www.orbit360.cc/en/privacy-policy.

(3) The participant agrees that photos, videos and interviews made in connection with the event may be published in all media, including print, TV, radio, social media and the organizer’s website, without any claim to remuneration.

(4) The participant agrees to the publication of their name, team name and finishing time in all event-related media, such as the participant list and live tracking.

(5) The participant can object to the publication of their personal data at any time by email to info@orbit360.cc.

(6) By providing their email address, the participant agrees that the organizer may use it to send them information about the event.

§ 7 Statute of limitations, applicable law and jurisdiction

(1) Claims of the participant against the organizer, on whatever legal grounds, expire one year after the contractually agreed end of the event.

(2) The contract is governed by German law, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of the participant’s country of residence provide otherwise.

(3) The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, as far as legally permissible.

Pernottamento: pernottamento all’aperto alla partenza e all’arrivo, con docce e servizi igienici (tariffa campeggio)

Fotografia dell’evento: accesso a tutte le foto dell’evento per uso personale dopo l’evento

SUSTAINABILITY FUND

Siete meravigliosi!

Il denaro eventualmente rimasto dopo l’evento va a The Generation Forest.

Nessuna prova del bisogno richiesta

Massimo 1 biglietto a persona

§ 4 Annullamento dell’evento, mancata partecipazione

§ 7 Prescrizione, legge applicabile e foro competente
